1 lb ground beef
1 tsp celery salt or 1 cup celery
1 chopped onion
1/2 c uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 & 1/2 can of water
1 can chicken rice soup.
3 tbsp of soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat with celery and onions. Mix into rice,soups and soy sauce in the baking dish. Bake covered for 45 minutes, add chow mein noodles bake 10 minutes more.

Serve with rice and more chow mein noodles.

I also like to use ground chicken or pork. I add mushrooms, and green peapods and mix in the same time the chow mein noodles are added to the top.
