1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c of water
1lb or more total of ground beef, veal and pork
1/2 c bread crumbs
2 tbsp chopped onions.
1 tsp minced parsley
1 egg slightly beaten
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Blend 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 can water. Measure out 1/4 c of the soup mixture, combine with the ground meat, bread crumbs, onions and parsley, egg salt, allspice and nutmeg. Shape into meatballs, brown in 1 tbsp of oil, add remaining soup and cover. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

I also add mushrooms, a little sherry and a tbsp of flour, we like a thicker sauce. Serve over riced potatoes(traditional) rice, mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
