1 lb. ground beef
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs (I use saltine crackers)
1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese
1 Tblsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1/2 cup milk
2 well beaten eggs
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together thoroughly. Form into small meatballs. Brown and serve with spaghetti and sauce!
