8 to 10 medium sweet potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. maple syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 29 oz. can of sliced pears.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender; peel and slice. Combine butter, syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well. Arrange potatoes and pears in a buttered shallow casserole. Pour syrup mixture over potatoes and pears. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.
