2 10 oz. pkg. chopped spinach
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 16 oz. can marinated artichoke hearts, drained
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach; drain and press dry. Saute onion in butter. Combine sour cream, 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper with spinach. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Quarter artichoke hearts and arrange on top of casserole. Sprinkle with 2 T. Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
