1 lb. hamburger browned and drained
1/2 onion
8 oz. can of tomato paste
8 oz. can of water
12 oz. can tomato juice
12 oz. can of water
1/2 Tbsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 container small curd cottage cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. mozzarella cheese (shredded)
16 oz. box lasagna noodles

Simmer hamburger, onion, tomato past, tomato juice, both waters, basil, salt and garlic powder. Blend the cottage cheese, egg, parsley, and milk. Layer meat sauce, UNCOOKED noodles, blended cheese mixture, and shredded cheese. REPEAT. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Remove cover. Bake until cheese melts and browns. Let sit 15 minutes. Enjoy!
