1 - 16 oz. bag frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower, thawed and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 jar pimentos, drained
1 can (2.8 oz.) French's onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos, and 1/2 French's onions in glass baking dish.
Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and French's onions uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
