3 c flour
1 c shortening (hard)
1 tsp salt
6 tbsp very cold water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 egg yolk.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut shortening into flour add remaining ingredients , mix together, form dough into 2 smooth balls, roll out to 1/4 inch, fit into pie plate.

Take second ball and do the same, this is the top crust of the pie.
