This recipe for zuccini bread, by Connie Finck, is from Cooking and Eating as a Family,
one of the cookbooks created at FamilyCookbookProject.com. We help
families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Turn oven to 350 Mix first 5 ingredients together in bowl. Then mix dry ingredients together. Mix all together just enough to moisten. Bake 50 minutes. I like to add 1 cup of chocolate chips.
