1 box graham crackers 2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 cups milk 8 oz cool whip 1 can chocolate icing
Prepare pudding according to package directions. Fold in Cool Whip. Line 9x13 pan with layer of graham crackers and top with half of pudding mixture. Place a second layer of graham crackers on top followed by the rest of the pudding mixture. Heat can of chocolate frosting in microwave until liquid. Pour over top. Refrigerate overnight.
