Heat oven to 375. Combine above 3 ingredients till moistened. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Flatten to 1/4" with the bottom of a cup dipped in flour or sugar. Bake for 6 - 8 minutes.
Try other cake mix flavors for a different twist!
Roll them in sugar before baking, or frost them with your favorite frosting!
