2 to 3 bunches broccoli (depending on the size)
1 head cauliflower
1 lg. purple onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar or splenda
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped fine and fried until crisp

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flowerets off broccoli and cauliflower and mix together in large bowl. Chop purple onion and add vegetables. Place in 9x13 pan with lid. Mix mayonnaise and sweetener until mixed and smooth. Pour over vegetables, do not stir. Let set at room temperature for about 3 to 4 hours and then place in refrigerator. Do not stir. Let set overnight and when ready to serve, add bacon pieces and stir together. This salad is good for a couple days.
