1 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 can chopped green chilies
10 eggs
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
Optional - 1 T. minced jalapeno pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink, drain. Place in a greased 9 "x13" baking dish. Layer with cheeses, onion and chilies. In a bowl beat eggs and seasonings. Pour over cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 18-22 minutes. Knife in center should come out clean. Cool for 10 min.
