Chocolate Revel Bars Recipe

1 C Butter
2 C Brown Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 T milk
2 C flour
1 tsp salt
3 C uncooked oatmeal

12 oz pkg chocolate chips
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 T butter
1/2 tsp salt

Mix ingredients and set aside. Slowly heat all filling ingredients in sauce pan and set aside. Place 2/3 of batter in a greased 11x15 jelly roll pan. Spread filling over batter. Carefully drop small amounts of remaining batter on top of filling. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
