"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Place chicken into bottom of deep Dutch oven or similar oven proof pan, whatever you would cook a roast in. Place all vegetables around chicken, salt and pepper (and garlic if you like) and add about 2 cups of chicken broth. Place in 350 oven while at church and it will be done when you get home. This is just like cooking a roast but you do it with chicken.
