Personal Notes:
I do not like plain Mac and cheese, so one day my mom said, "then make it better." I did and my mom loves it. My mom and Uncle John could not live in a world without Mac and Cheese. Mom told me that as a special lunch grandma Dorothy would make them Mac in Cheese out of the box, when grandpa was working the day shift at the rubber plant. When great grandpa and grandma moved to Arizona in 1975. Grandma Jean would make it once a week for lunch.
