1 20 oz pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1/2 large onion diced
1/8 C margerine to saute onion
1 10 3/4 can condensed Cream of Celery soup
1 10 3/4 can condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
1 10 3/4 can milk (1 1/4 C)
1 C shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz)
3 cups cooked meat (chicken/ham, etc.) cubed
2 C quick cooking rice (or 1-1/2 C regular rice and add 1/2 C liquid)
1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce

Mix soup, milk, cheese. Add rest and bake in 2 1/2 Qt. cassarole uncovered for 45-50 min. at 350.
