1/2 C green pepper
1/3 C celery
1 T salad oil
2 small minute steaks, cut up
1/3 C water
1 T soy sauce
2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tomato cut up
Serve over
1 C rice

Crisp fry Veggies, then set aside. Brown the meat. Combine the rest and cook until it bubbles, then add veggies.

Serve over prepared rice.
