LIST ONE---
4 carrots/sliced
2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 celery stalks/sliced
1 med onion sliced
1 can each (16 oz) cut up tomatoes & black-eyed peas (drained)
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 3/4 C hot water
1 can Chicken or beef broth
1 bay leaf (remove before serving)
1 tsp each salt, parsley, basil
1/8 tsp garlic powder
----------- LIST TWO ---
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 C hot water
1/2 lb. cooked (stew meat, steak, chicken)

Directions:

Crockpot 5 hrs, or Microwave on high 30 minutes
Mix all above from first ingredient list and cook in microwave or crock pot. Then add 2 T flour, with 1/2 C water, 1/2 lb. cooked stew meat, steak or chicken, changing broth to match. Stir into stew and microwave 20-30 minutes on high, stirring once. Or 45 min.in crock pot.
Remove bay leat before serving.
