1 stick margarine 1/4 C. cocoa
1/2 C. vegetable oil 2 egg, beaten
1 C. water 1/2 C. buttermilk
2 C. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 C. flour 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring margarine, oil and water to a boil. Pour over sugar, flour, and cocoa mixture. Add eggs and buttermilk to which soda has been added. Mix well, add vanilla and mix. Pour in sheet cake pan and bake.
FROSTING: 1 stick margarine, 1/3 cup buttermilk, 2 2/3 cups powered sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1 tsp. vanilla. Melt margarine with buttermilk. Add powdered sugar sifted with cocoa, vanilla and nutmeats. Frost cake while it is warm.
