8 ounces cooked elbow macaroni, 4 cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided 13 ounce can of evaporated milk, 1 1/2 cups of milk 2 eggs , 1 tsp salt chopped onion ( as much or as little as you like)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except 1 cup cheese, in a greased crock pot. Sprinkle reserved cup of cheese over top. Cover. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours. Do not remove the lid or stir until the mixture has finished cooking.
