5 to 6 Granny Smith apples
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. white sugar
1 Pillsbury Pie Crust Rolls
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
In iron skillet, melt 1 stick butter. When almost melted, stir in 1 c. brown sugar. Stir until melted. Place pie crust on over the top of the butter and sugar mixture. Add layer of sliced apples. (Make sure apples are all the same thickness, preferable thin, but not paper thin.) Sprinkle 1 c. of white sugar and 1 Tbsp. of cinnamon. Place remaining pie crust on top and brush with egg wash.
Bake in 350 oven for about 30-40 min. or until golden brown on top.

This can only be made in an iron skillet. It does not do well in any other pan.
