Ingredients:  
(1) pkg of softened cream cheese (8oz)
1/4 cup of mayo
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella
2 garlic cloves- diced
1 can of marinated artichoke hearts (14 oz can) - drained and chopped
1 cup of chopped fresh spinach
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix together all of the above except for the mozzarella cheese. Salt and Pepper to taste

Layer in casserole dish or pan.. bake for 20 - 25 minutes until it slightly bubbles - cover with mozzarella cheese and cook until melted.

Serve hot with crusty crostini slices.....

you can increase or decrease garlic to your liking. a pinch of crushed red peppers adds zing.....
