2 Pillsbury pie crusts
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can veg-all
1 onion, chopped
(add fresh mushrooms if desired)
2 lg. chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts (season as desired); seasoning suggestions: bouillon, salt, pepper, onion, celery, carrots.
Saute onion in butter or oleo until tender. Roll crusts thin, put in bottom of deep dish pie plate. Put diced, cooked chicken on top of bottom crust. Then layer the following: onion, drained veg-all. Season as desired--salt, pepper, thyme, garlic. Cover with top crust. Slit crust. Bake 350 for 1 hr. Let set a few minutes before serving. Cut in wedges like pie.
