8 oz. baby spinach
8 oz. mixed greens (spring mix)
1 pt. fresh strawberries, cut (quartered)
1 c. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 bunch green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour dressing (see following recipe) over this at the last minute. This salad wilts rather fast, so do not let it set very long with dressing on it.
