1 1/4 lbs. whole cashews 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 tsp. dark brown sugar 2 tsp. kosher salt 1 T. melted butter 2 T. coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place nuts on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until warm. Meanwhile, combine all ingredients in large bowl. Toss warm nuts with rosemary mixture until completely covered.
