2 lb.pork tenderloin
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Place tenderloin in zip-lock bag. Mix rest of ingredients thoroughly and pour over meat; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Preheat oven to 325. Place tenderloin and marinade in baking dish. Bake 35-45 minutes (155). Slice and serve.
