Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 deep dish pie crust
1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1-14 oz. Eagle Brand Condensed Milk
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Bake crust for about 5 min. at 375. Remove from oven. Mix all other ingredients together will and pour into pie crust. Bake at 375 for about 45 min.

You will have to watch the crust very carefully. When the crust gets as brown as your want it, cover it with foil to keep it from getting too brown. After the first 45 min., turn the heat down to 300 to finish baking for about 15 more min. This is kind of like a pumpkin pie, if it jiggles, it's not done. So you will have to test it every so often. This pie is also better after it has been refrigerated for a day.
