1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 pkg. quick rise yeast
1 c. warm water
4 eggs
6 1/2 to 7 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl combine oil, sugar, 1 c. water, and salt. Mix yeast into 1 c. warm water and dissolve well, set aside. Add eggs to the first mixture and mix well with mixer. Add yeast to that mixture. Change beater to dough hook and add flour. Note: amount of flour will vary but add enough to make a dough that will pull away from sides of the bowl. Pour mixture into well oiled large tupperware bowl and cover until it rises to top of bowl. Punch down dough and shape into 2 in. balls for flat rolls. Place on oiled cookie sheets. If your prefer dinner rolls, place balls into oiled muffin pans. Let rise until doubled in size in a warm dry place (I put mine inside the oven to rise). Bake at 375 until lightly golden. Brush with melted butter.
