1 lb. ground beef, cooked, drained and cooled
1 head lettuce
2 tomatoes
1 medium red onion
8oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 bottle Catalina Dressing
1 large bag taco flavored chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Chop lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Put into large salad bowl. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, beef, and the dressing. Mix 3/4 of the crushed chips into the mixture in the bowl, then sprinkle the remaining chips over the top.

Note: This comes out best if you wait until just before serving to add the chips to the salad.
