2 lbs. ground chuck
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tsp. mustard
2 1/2 c. ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl combine ground chuck, oatmeal, onions, salt, eggs (slightly beaten), and cheese. Mix well and shape into 16 small loaves. Place in deep baking dish. Combine brown sugar with mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over loaves. Bake uncovered for 45 min. to 1 hr. at 350. These can be made into small meatballs, just adjust cooking time accordingly.
