Ingredients:  
4 c of boiling water
1 c uncooked wild rice
1 can each o f cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup.
2 cans of mushrooms
2 beef bouillion cubes in 1c hot water
1 tsp each of salt, crumbled bay leave, celery salt, garlic powder, pepper, onion salt, paprika
3/4 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c almonds
1 &1/2 lb of ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over rice, let stand for 15 minutes, drain. Put rice in casserole, add soups, mushrooms, water and seasonings, mix.
Saute onions & celery in butter, add to rice mixture. Brown meat, and add to casserole with almonds.
Bake at 350 for 1 & 1/2 hours , covered.
