2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 onion, chopped
1 can Zappata rice
1 can Ranch Style Beans
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 brick sharp cheddar cheese. shredded
1 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat and drain. Add onion and remaining seasoning. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Next add rice, beans, and 1/2 of shredded cheese. Place in baking dish and bake at 300 for 20 min. Remove from oven cover with remaining cheese and serve inside flour tortilla. May top with sour cream, pico, or guacamole as desired.
