1 brick Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 c. Helmans mayonnaise
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. red pepper, crushed
1 Tbsp. pepper, coarsely ground
1 c. toasted pecans, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into a ball. Add additional mayonnaise if needed for desired consistency. Then roll into additional chopped pecans that have been toasted. Chill and serve.
