1/4 cup fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
vegetable spray

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients in a large zip lock plastic bag. Cut chicken breasts into strips. Brush each chicken strip evenly with mustard. Add chicken to crumb mixture. Seal bag and shake until chicken is coated. Place chicken strips on pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until done. Makes 4 servings.
