1 bag European Blend Salad
1 bag Spring Blend Salad Mix
Mozzarella cheese (shredded or cubed)
2 tomatoes chopped
1/2 cup chopped red onion
small can black olives

1 c.rice vinegar
1/4 c. red balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. dry basil
3 cloves garlic chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1c. vegetable oil

Toss the salad with dressing immediately prior to serving. Dressing can be made days in advance.
