3 c flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 cup raisins, boil a short time to soften.
2 c buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda (mix into buttermilk)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except raisins, fold in raisins last.

Drop by tsp in hot oil at 375 fry like doughnuts. Sprinkle with powered and granulated white sugar.
