1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
6 Tbsp. margarine (softened)
3 pkgs.(8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
3 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup mini choc chips (divided)
1 tsp. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300. In bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, sugar, and margarine. Press evenly on bottom of 9 inch springform pan. In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; then add Eagle Brand milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. In small bowl toss 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 tsp. flour until well coated. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup chips on top. Bake 1 hour. Turn off oven and allow to cool in oven 1 hour. Remove from oven - cool to room temperature. Refrigerate.
