2 sticks margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla or lemon extract
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine, sugar, eggs (one at a time). Sift together: flour, soda, baking powder and mix well with the margarine, sugar and egg mixture. Add vanilla or lemon extract. Drop by tsp. onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for about 12 min. Cool and store in an airtight container.
