24 hard-boiled eggs,peeled and cold
3 T. salt
1 (12-oz.) jar of sliced jalapeno peppers-juice and all
6 bay leaves
2 onions,quartered
2 tsp. pickling spice
1 qt. white vinegar
1 qt. water
1 gallon wide mouth glass jar

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs; then peel and put in refrigerator. When cold, put eggs in the jar, sprinkle with salt. Pour jalapeno peppers over the eggs. Add bay leaves, onions, and pickling spice. Bring vinegar and water to a boil and pour over eggs. Put lid on jar and let them sit for at least 24 hr. The longer they sit the better they get.
