4 cups peeled apple slices
3 tbls margarine
3 tbls sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples margarine, sugar and cinnamon in a saucepan until the apples are tender. Combine eggs, flour salt and milk until smooth and well blended. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Heat 9 inch skillet in oven (450) until hot. Add margarine to coat skillet. Pour batter immediately into skillet. Bake on lowest rack at 450*for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350*and bake for 10 more minutes or until golden brown. Fill with fruit and top with remaining cheese. Serves 4-6 (I usually pop it in the oven for another minute or two until the cheese has melted.)
