1 can of whole tomatoes
1/2 T. crushed red pepper
1/2 T. garlic powder
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 T. vegetable oil
3 1/2 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Put tomatoes in blender and zap one time. In a sm. bowl, add all ingredients together and chill. Serve with corn chips.
