1 1/2 cups mixed salad greens
1 very small red onion, sliced thinly or chopped
2 granny smith apples, cut up into small cubes
1 cup red grapes, sliced
4 ounces crumbled bleu cheese
3/4 cup walnuts - pieces
6 bacon slices

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the above ingredients in a large salad bowl. Drizzle dressing on top and serve immediately.

Dressing:
not quite 1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup red cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
