2 cans shoepeg corn drained
2 sm. cans Le Sueur peas
2 cans French green beans
2 red onions diced
2 green peppers diced
6 stalks celery diced
1 med. jar pimento's

Dressing:
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cups vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients.
Pour dressing over top and toss.

Refrigerate overnight.

Recipe can be cut in 1/2.
