1 cup margarine
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup chopped red candied cherries
1/3 cup chopped green candied cherries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup shredded coconut (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl beat butter, sugar, milk and vanilla until fluffy. Add flour; beat well. Stir in cherries and nuts. Divide into 2 rolls 8" x 2". Roll each log in 1/2 cup coconut - cover completely. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm - at least two hours. (Rolls can also be frozen until ready to use). Cut in 1/4 inch slices and place 1 inch apart on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes or until coconut is toasted.
