1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato sauce (small)
Sauce:
1 can tomato sauce (small)
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together meatloaf ingredients and form into loaf. Place in shallow pan. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over loaf and baste occasionally. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
