1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 egg, beaten 1 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. chopped onion 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can tomato sauce (small) Sauce: 1 can tomato sauce (small) 2 Tbsp. vinegar 2 Tbsp. mustard 2 Tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 cup water
Mix together meatloaf ingredients and form into loaf. Place in shallow pan. Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over loaf and baste occasionally. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
