1/2 cup water 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup oil 3 Tbsp lemon pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced or 1/4 tsp garlic powder 6 pork chops, fat removed
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl, stir well. Place meat in marinade and let sit at least 45 minutes. Cook on greased grill over medium heat for about 25 minutes total time. Turn and baste during cooking.
