16-20 perogies
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp margarine
1/2 cup cooked ham or sausage, diced
1 diced green pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
In a small skillet melt butter or margarine and saute onion and green pepper for 5 minutes. In a medium sized casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onions, green pepper and ham. Combine milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole. Top with cheddar cheese. Bake 35 minutes at 350 or microwave until heated through.
