25 graham crackers

1 1/2 c. butter
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
6 eggs

1 large box raspberry jello
1 3/4 c. whipping cream
1 small can crushed pineapple

Use a 9" x 13" pan or two smaller pans. This makes 24 good size pieces.

Roll graham crackers into crumbs and put into large pan. (Save some for the top.) Cream butter until light, soft, and creamy. Add powdered sugar and mix well. In second bowl beat eggs until thick. Add to sugar and butter mixture. Mix well. Pour mixture over graham cracker crumbs.

Make jello with 3 c. water. Let cool to whipping stage. Then whip the jello. Whip the cream and then add to whipped jello. Drain pineapple and add to jello mixture. Pour over butter mixture. Cover with graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate until set.

Bruce's Mother used to make this for all the holidays. It is very good and rich. This is how she wrote it out. I think this recipe could be cut in half. This is an old fashion recipe.
