8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 lb. mild suasage, browned and drained
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 t. dry mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x13 baking dish. 1st layer = bread cubes; 2nd layer = cheese; 3rd layer = browned sausage; 4th layer = eggs, 2 1/2 c. milk and mustard whipped. Refrigerate overnight. Next day - mix soup with 1/2 c. milk and pour over other ingredients. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until set in 325 oven.
